A Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and for one year and four months.
Reasons
In light of the fact that P was recommended to purchase the above building, and P was able to purchase the said building by receiving a loan as a security and delegated its business affairs, and it was impossible to obtain a loan to the present state due to the large number of tenants in the above building, and thus, it was thought that P was a monthly rent contract with less deposit money and received a loan.
A. On December 2013, the Defendant forged a private document by requesting a female employee who had worked together with the past for the purpose of getting a loan to the said building as a collateral, and caused him to enter the said contract in the column for the location of the multi-family house lease contract (monthly rent), “Yeng-gu Q, Cheongju-gu, and Geum million won in the column for deposit money (five million won)” in the column for the down payment, “The fixed amount of money shall be paid at the time of the contract and the number of payment at the time of the contract,” “N” in the column for the address of the lessor, “N” in the column for the address of the lessee, “Yeong-gu, Cheongju-gu, Seoul. 3**”, and “TT” in the name column for the above house lease, and then, entered the above contract in the column in the name “TT” in the name of the agent and the agent’s name and seal affixed to the new house under the name of the new owner and the agent’s name and seal attached Form 1.
B. On December 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent five copies of the forged contract at the aforementioned mobile phone agency, as seen above, to the employees V in charge of credit credit for the Young-gu Young-gu, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) exercised the aforementioned investigation document by facsimile.

On December 11, 2013, the accused found the above victim's sub-credit union with P and P's wife W to the above victim's sub-credit union, and the facts are the total number of tenants located in the above building.
