A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has attempted to obtain loans from each lending company as security by forging a lease contract and acquiring a false lease deposit prepared in the contract.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant posted his seal on the column of deposit money for “The monthly rent contract for real estate (multi-family house)” using a computer in the D Authorized Brokerage Office located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “E”, “E” and “F” written in the lessor column and attached his/her name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the lease agreement in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On June 9, 2017, at the Defendant’s residence located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 103 Dong 610, the Defendant stated “E”, etc. in the receipt form with a black pen attached to the “75,00,000,000” and “E” in the issuer column, and affixed the seal of “E”, etc. on the other receipt form, stating “E” in the “5,00,000” and the issuer column, and affixed the seal of “E” in advance to the name of each receipt.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, committed the two chapters of receipts in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations respectively.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. A. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant sent a forged real estate (multi-family house) monthly rent contract, as described in the foregoing 1-A, at the above Defendant’s residence, to the employees of the future Credte Counseling Co., Ltd., by facsimile, as if the document was duly formed, and exercised it.

B. On June 8, 2017, the Defendant submitted a forged real estate (multi-family house) monthly rent contract to the public official in charge of being aware of the forgery as if it was a document duly formed, in order to obtain the fixed date, at the Greendong in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and held it.
