A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 27, 2011, the Defendant forged private document on December 27, 2011, using a computer at the office of the Defendant located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul on the location column of the real estate in the form of multi-family house lease contract for multi-family housing (lease lease) using a computer at the office of the Defendant located in B, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul on December 23, 2007; “Seoul Yangcheon-gu B2 floor” on the deposit column among the contents of the contract; “land price is KRW 65,00,000” on the deposit column; “Mis 5,000,000” on the deposit column; “Mis 60,000,000” on the remainder column; “The name and address of the Seoul Yangcheon-gu Office of Real Estate Agents; the name and address of the lessee; the name and address of the Defendant’s name and address of the Yangcheon-gu Office of Real Estate Agents; the name and address of Yangcheon-gu Office”, “Y 4GJ,” column 1.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant forged one copy of the multi-family house lease contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On December 28, 2011, the Defendant issued the forged multi-family house lease contract (lease) to M who is aware of the forgery at the store of “L” women in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul at the store of “L” women, and exercised the aforementioned contract as if it was genuine.

3. On December 28, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to M on the date and place indicated in paragraph 2, stating, “The Defendant would transfer to M a claim for the return of security deposit amounting to KRW 65 million as security, with a loan of KRW 20 million, because it is necessary to purchase the minccot in winter.”

However, the contents of the lease deposit amount of KRW 20 million and KRW 500,000 per month are the house where the defendant lives.
