Criminal facts

그런데도 피고인은 이를 게을리한 채 피고인 진행방향 전방에서 위와 같은 공사 교통통제로 일시정차 중이던 피해자 E(여, 44세) 운전의 F 포터 화물차를 추월하기 위해 중앙선을 침범하여 운행한 업무상 과실로 마침 피고인의 진행방향 맞은편에서 진행해오던 피해자 G(남, 45세) 운전의 H 봉고프런티어 화물차 왼쪽 적재함 부분을 피고인의 승용차 왼쪽 문 부분으로 들이받고, 그 충격으로 위와 같이 피고인 진행방향 전방에 일시정차 중인 피해자 E의 F 포터 화물차 뒷부분을 피고인의 승용차 오른쪽 앞부분으로 들이받고, 다시 그 충격으로 피해자 E의 F 포터 화물차가 전방으로 튕겨 나가면서 그곳에서 위와 같이 교통통제를 하고 있던 신호수 피해자 D을 F 포터 차량의 오른쪽 옆 부분으로 들이받게 하였다.
