A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From June 2009 to November 30, 2017, the Defendant served in “C” located in “C” (hereinafter referred to as “instant company”), and the victim D served in this case from March 2013 to August 2017.

1. A. On May 18, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) completed the conference of the instant company at the “H convenience store” located on the first floor of the building G in Yongsan-gu, Gyeonggi-gu; and (b) completed the conference of the instant company; and (c) subsequently, the victim (35 years of age) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting his son from behind the victim’s own right back to the boom of the victim’s boom in order to commit fraud, etc.
