1. Defendants B, including the Defendants and related persons, worked as the president from January 1, 2013 to July 2017, and performed overall tasks of D including employment of new staff. Defendants C, from January 1, 2015 to December 19, 2016, performed duties as the head of D&D headquarters and performed overall tasks of the E&D headquarters, the FF project team, G project team, and ICT center. Defendants A, who performed duties as the head of the E&D research management team from January 2014 to December 2, 2016, was working as the E&D team leader; H, from January 1, 2016 to the end of December 2016, 2016, the said E&D researcher was working as the head of the E&D research management team; and H, from January 1, 2016 to the end of December 2016, 2016.
On the other hand, H has been in charge of practical affairs, such as employment conditions, document screening draft, etc. in relation to the employment of D research support personnel conducted in 2016, and Defendant A, I, and K have been in charge of interview-related affairs as an internal interview member in the employment of practical staff (research institute) conducted on December 20, 2016 in relation to the above employment, and L has been in charge of interview-related affairs as a member of the research institute conducted on December 20, 2016 through interview on December 20, 2016.
2. On April 2016, Defendant B’s invitation of Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant A, at the president’s office in Kimcheon-si, instructed Defendant C to “E Research Institute to find out whether or not he could be employed by the E Research Institute,” and on the following day, Defendant C’s invitation of Defendant C at the office of Defendant C located in the E-si, Kimcheon-si, stating personal information, such as contact contact information of Defendant B’s Cho.
