Defendant
A served as an employee of the J University under the jurisdiction of the J Institute from August 1, 2005 to July 31, 2008 as the director in charge of accounting, from August 1, 2008 to June 30, 201, and in charge of financial and accounting affairs related to the contract of the J Institute, school expenses, and the project cost of the J Institute. Defendant B, as a professor of the J Institute of Nursing, was working as the vice president from August 1, 2009 to June 30, and took overall charge of school affairs, such as school management, financial management, personnel affairs, etc., by supporting the president. Defendant C established the K Institute of Medical Information and Industry-Academic Cooperation from March 1, 2006 to June 30, 2011 to the K Institute of Education from June 10, 2011 to the K Institute of Education from June 30, 2018 to the K Institute of Education and Human Resources Management, and Defendant B, as an associate professor or Human Personnel Management.
1. Defendants B, C, and D’s violation of the Act on Occupational Embezzlement and Subsidy Management shall be comprised of “N support” and “ Q business support” as a plan formulated by the Ministry of Education from L Ministry of Education to strengthen the ability to educate junior colleges and support employment in a total amount of KRW 260 billion. The Ministry of Education shall, after formulating and publicly announcing the basic plan, entrust projects to the Council for Education of Junior Colleges after the establishment of the basic plan. Accordingly, the Ministry of Education shall organize a business management committee for Defendant B as members of Defendant B, Defendant C, and D, and the J University was selected as “N” on March 26, 2010 and received KRW 2.681 billion. The Defendants shall hold a meeting around that time to receive the project expense for the said project.
