Defendant A, while working as the head of a G forestry cooperative, has overall control over the affairs of the association, such as compilation and execution of budget, construction contracts, and execution of construction works of the above association; Defendant B, from March 2010 to March 201, has been in charge of personnel management and management of property, organization of accounting, and execution of accounting.
