1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,834,193 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 25, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is a stock company that manufactures and sells steel products, and the Defendant is a stock company that runs metal processing business, etc.

B. From September 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016, the Plaintiff supplied steel materials, and the Defendant’s payment for the goods is KRW 55,834,193.

C. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 55,834,193 as well as damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from March 25, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
