1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,905,50 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 11, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is a merchant who engages in wholesale and retail business with the trade name of “B,” and the Defendant is a stock company engaged in construction and construction business.

B. On September 3, 2014, the Plaintiff received an order from the Defendant to supply the heat necessary for the Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Corporation to September 18, 2015, which was executed by the Defendant under a contract with the KNene Co., Ltd., and the remainder amount of the goods is KRW 26,905,50.

C. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 26,905,50 and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
