1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,212,050 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 16, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is a stock company with the aim of selling steel materials, and the Defendant is an individual entrepreneur who mainly engages in the manufacture of steel towers and steel structures with the trade name “B.”

B. On April 11, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a goods supply contract with the Defendant and supplied steel materials to the Defendant.

C. The Plaintiff agreed to supply materials under the condition that they pay immediately after the supply of the materials with the Defendant and to pay the settlement period in addition to 20% interest per annum from the following day after the delivery of the final goods.

On April 15, 2016, the Plaintiff supplied steel products to the Defendant, and the price for the goods is KRW 30,212,050.

E. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 30,212,050, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from April 16, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the due date.
