A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2017, the Defendant sentenced the Jeju District Court to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeju Prison on June 11, 2017.

The Defendant and the victim B (n, 41 years of age) have disappearedd from December 2017.

1. Crimes committed on February 18, 2018;

A. At around 24:00 on February 18, 2018, the Defendant expressed the printed out of the E-mail between himself and the victim who was parked in the way front of the victim’s house located in C at Jeju, and was in possession of the printed out of the E-mail between himself and the victim, and said, “The Defendant sent the printed out of the E-mail between him and the victim “(s) to the victim, i.e., the husband, the husband, the hospital, etc., will show it to other persons known.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.

B. On February 18, 2018, from around 24:00 to February 019, 2018, the injured Defendant: (a) dbenz S500 LA car, which was parked in the parking lot of one’s residence located in the F building G on the Jeju-si on February 19, 2018; and (b) dbenz S500 LA car, stating that “the victim shall die of this scopty, width, and flap to our relations.” The injured Defendant damaged the victim’s second scopic character that requires the victim’s treatment for about 14 days with his cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim.

2. Crimes committed on February 23, 2018;

A. On February 23, 2018, the first criminal defendant sent a text message to the victim’s cell phone with his/her own cell phone at around 17:57, and then sent the victim’s cell phone with an electronic text message printed out between himself/herself and the victim’s cell phone, and then sent it to the victim’s cell phone with a text message stating “Ma 116” and “he/she has become aware of it,” and “complicated years,” and there is a difference between himself/herself and the victim.
