Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On September 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in Chuncheon prison on June 29, 2014.

1. From December 29, 2015 to March 3, 2016, the theft Defendant: (a) committed theft, at the display stand managed by the victim D at the entrance of the “Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central Commercial Building,” around December 29, 2015, the victim’s supervision was neglected; (b) by using the gap in the victim’s supervision, the victim’s market price, which is the victim’s possession, was at least KRW 400,000,000.

2. A thief on January 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a single thief in the market price, which is the victim’s possession, displayed in the display stand, using the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (b) around January 8, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim, with one thief in the market price, which is the victim’s possession.
3. On January 12, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim’s possession of 200,000 won with four maternity typists in total at the place indicated in paragraph (2) around January 12, 2016, where the victim’s surveillance was neglected, and where the victim’s market price displayed in the display stand by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, it was stolen.

4. On February 13, 2016, at around 10:20 on February 13, 2016, the Defendant stolen: (a) on the street in front of the “Agricultural I Branch” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) 800,000,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession on the display stand, where the victim J was placed at the display stand in the string stand; and (c) 1,000,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession.
