Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 30, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the AH’s AH AHA (Embezzlement) of the Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) established an AI corporation for the purpose of processing the vessel with a subcontract from AH and has overall control over all the affairs as the representative director until August 31, 2016.

On November 18, 2014, the Defendant released 185,000,000 won of the victim’s funds owned by the Defendant in his/her name at the office of the AJ AI Co., Ltd., Ltd. (AK) in his/her name, from around 17, 2014 to around 10, 2016, as shown in [Attachment 1]-54,031,388 won of the victim’s funds in his/her name during his/her business storage, including the withdrawal of KRW 185,00,000,00 from around 18, 2014 to around 10, 2016, from around 17, 2014, to 30,000 won of the victim’s funds in his/her name, purchase cost of precious metal, purchase cost of individuals, living cost, etc., the Defendant arbitrarily received KRW 1,050,000 from around 18, 2014 to May 2016.

As a result, the Defendant embezzled the amount of KRW 1,090,616,198 of the damaged company's funds while on duty.

2. From March 1, 2016 to August 29, 2016, the Defendant violated the Labor Standards Act and the Act on Guarantee of Workers’ Retirement Benefits (excluding the sum of the KRW 6,184,473 of the wages of NN retired while working in the above AI stock company and the KRW 6,184,473, and the KRW 16 J, Net 16 J, Net 28 U, Net 30 V, Net 30 V, Net 31 K, Net 37 G, Net 37 L, Net 38 L, Net 38 L, Net 40 X, Net 49, Net 56N, Net 56N, Net 57 P, Net 61, Net 63, Net 68 Q, Net 74A, A74, 789, and AB85).
