A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) recorded personal information, such as resident registration numbers, settlement account numbers, date of issuance of identification cards, driver’s license numbers, etc. necessary for the issuance of a credit card among the personal information collected by the members at the time when he/she works as Samsung Card Solicitors; and (b) thought that he/she will use such information

On February 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) indicated “E”, “F”, “H”, and “Y 401,” in the workplace name column in the name column, “Jn-si 104,” and “Jn-si 401,” in the workplace name column, entered “K”, “K”, and the workplace telephone number column in the settlement information column, and signed “E” in the name adjacent to the name of “E”, “F”, the resident registration number column, “H”, and the written consent to collect and use personal information and the written consent to the personal information inquiry; and (b) written the signature “E” in the workplace name “K”, “K, the workplace address column, and the settlement information column; and (c) written the signature “E” in the name of “E” and written consent to the collection and use of personal information and written consent to the personal information inquiry.

The Defendant, including that, from that time until March 11, 2015, forged an application for membership of card holders in the total of 13 times in the same manner as the list of crimes (Ⅰ) in attached Form 1.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the application for membership of card holders in the name of E, etc., which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. At the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant sent a forged card membership application, etc., as described in paragraph (1), to O, a solicitor affiliated with Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., which was aware of such forgery, as if the document was a document duly formed.

The defendant, including this, shall be attached from that time until March 11, 2015.
