Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on November 12, 2018;

A. On November 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 16:45, at D’s Council members operated by the Victim C in North-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, on the ground that the husband E does not have any effect on the drugs prescribed by the above Council member, and (b) entered the treatment room without permission, saying, “A person must be who is the doctor, and is the doctor,” and entered the treatment room without permission; (c) the nurse was faced with the face of the Victim F (V, 47 years old), and continued to have the face of the Victim F; and (d) the master box who was in the receipt room was able to have the face of the Victim F.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the care of the victim C's hospital by force, and assaulted the victim F.

B. At around 23:00 on November 12, 2018, the Defendant damaged the victim C’s property to cover food waste prepared in advance at the above D Council members so as to cover the unrest cost of cleaning the market on the entrance and floor of the hospital.

2. Crimes committed on November 13, 2018;

A. On November 13, 2018, the Defendant entered the above D's clinic without permission. On November 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid down food waste, such as strawing, etc., contained in the pre-determined plastic vinyl on the victim C’s book; and (b) the Victim F, who was a nurse at the reception stand, was able to do so one time on the part of the victim F, who was the nurse at the reception stand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the care of the victim C's hospital by force, and assaulted the victim F.

B. On November 13, 2018, at around 10:17, the Defendant entered the above D's waiting room without permission, which was waiting for a large number of patients to receive treatment, and obstructed the victim C's diagnosis and treatment services by force by: (a) stating that "I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see. I will see. I will see. I will see. I will see. I will see. I will see. I will see. I will see. I. B. I. I. B. I. I. see that I will leave the hospital by placing I.D's waiting room in order to receive treatment."
