Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a bicycle.

On June 7, 2016, around 20:55, the Defendant proceeded to the name of the luminous bicycle paths 1139 in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon Fire Station, and the walthm from the edge of the new neck station.
