The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the FM Track Freight.

피고인은 2017. 9. 8. 22:40 경 위 차량을 운전하여 충북 단양군 매포읍 단양로 2087에 있는 편도 2 차로의 국도를 1 차로를 따라 진행함에 있어, 졸음 운전을 하여 플라스틱 재질의 충격 흡수대와 금속 재질의 중앙 분리대를 충격하면서 중앙선을 침범하여 진행한 업무상 과실로, 위 충격으로 인하여 충격 흡수대와 중앙 분리대에서 떨어져 튕겨 나간 파편 물들이 반대편 1 차로를 따라 진행하던 피해자 C(52 세) 운전의 D 모닝 승용차 왼쪽 앞부분을 충격하여 함으로써, 피해자에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 어깨 관절의 염좌 및 긴장 등의 상해를 입게 하였다.
