Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2014, the Defendant tried to kill the victim D's house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, but rather tried to do assault in the victim's test, which led to the Defendant to go beyond the ground floor by cutting down or pushing down the victim's trees by hand.

As a result, the Defendant had to give approximately four weeks of medical treatment to the victim, such as “the 4-day radius of the 4-month radius of the left part,” and “the pelle of the lower part of the 4-month radius.”
