1. Details of the disposition;

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. According to the Plaintiff’s claim 1 disability rating criteria, a person who has lost the function of fingers like the Plaintiff falls under class 6, class 2, class 7306, class 7312, or class 7313, and the content of disability is defined as a person who has been limited to at least 1/2 of a physical area or who has been demoted in at least two sections of fingers.
