Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 18:00 on January 5, 2020, the Defendant, at the 8th floor of Changwon-gu Seoul Hospital B located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and at the 8th floor of C Hospital B, the Defendant borrowed money from the victim D (the age of 82) to take head debt with Dong E, and the victim took the Defendant’s hand in order to meet fighting, and then, the Defendant suffered injury to the surviving victim by having the victim go beyond the victim’s chest on his hand, which is in need of about 5 weeks of medical treatment.
