Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:30 on February 14, 2019, the Defendant, at a high-scale embankment located in front of the Eup/Myeon in the front of the Eup/Myeon.
