If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaged in the sales of a mobile phone, etc. with the trade name of “B”.
1. At around 11:20 on September 28, 2012, the Defendant purchased one mobile phone set of S3 LTE mobile phones in the gallon city of 904,400, the market price of which was stolen by C, at around 11:20, the Defendant: (a) purchased one cell phone in the gallon city of 3 LTE mobile phones of 99,400, the market price of which is equivalent to 99,400 won; and (b) in such a case, the person who is engaged in the middle and high-class mobile phone sales business is not aware of the fact that the above mobile phone is a harsh stolen object; (c) after checking the status, motive of sale, etc. of the above C; and (d) on the ledger, whether the owner or holder of the mobile phone suitable for his status demands an appropriate price according to the transaction market price; and (d) without having been negligent in performing his/her duty to pay due care not to purchase stolen goods, he/she purchased the above 3 mobile phone of 1,000 won.
2. At around 11:20 on October 5, 2012, the Defendant purchased 3 mobile phone units at 3 LTE mobile phones at 99,400 won in the market price that the above C stolen at the above place, and acquired 1,070,000 won in 3 mobile phone units at 3 LTE mobile phones at 99,40 won in the market price, and 99,900 won in the market price.

At around 11:20 on October 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased one unit of S3 mobile phones at S3 mobile phones in a gallon which was stolen in an amount equivalent to KRW 904,400; and (b) purchased one unit of S3 LTE mobile phones in a gallon gallon equivalent to the market price of KRW 99,400; and (c) purchased two cell phones at KRW 780,00,000, without neglecting the duty of care in performing the duties as referred to in the above paragraph (1).
4. The Defendant, at around 11:20 on October 18, 2012, purchased 3 LTE mobile phones 3 LTE mobile phones with the market price of 99,400 won at the above place, and one gallon phone with the market price of 99,400 won, respectively, with the duty of care as set forth in the above paragraph (1).
