1. On January 20, 2012, from around February 6, 2012 to around February 6, 2012, the Defendant cut off one cell phone (daily serial number 155289) of the victim C’s market value equivalent to 99,800 won, which was kept in the display site of the said “E” store.

On September 18, 2012, around 11:26, 2012, the Defendant stolen the victim I’s cell phone with a heavy amount of 4.10,000 won at the market price on the so-called H store, which is kept on the so-called “H” store.

1. From September 11, 2012, the Defendant is an employee who sold a mobile phone at L’s “L” located in the first class 112 of the K Building in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, which was operated by the Victim J.
