Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of four million won for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Changwon District Court on May 26, 2008, and a summary order of a fine of two million won for the same crime at the same court on January 13, 2014. On July 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (licensed driving) and completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison Prison on November 14, 2014.

around 15:45 on February 22, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B at a section of approximately 500 meters from the Do in front of the “Sajin Industries” located in the window of Changwon-si without a motor vehicle driver’s license to the front road of the “Sajin Industry” located in the same Dong.

around 10:57 on March 1, 2015, the Defendant driven a 500-meter chip vehicle from the front of the Dogdong Hospital located in the Gowon-si, Changwon-si to the front of the 776-lane 11, as the former Jindo, from March 1, 2015 to the front of the 500-meter Dogdong-si 11.
