A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 2181"
1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving of C Pops.
On June 26, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 07:33, and followed the first apartment of the 46-lane in the Dong-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the front side of the road followed from the 5th apartment from the IC of Changwon-si to the 5th apartment.
In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to look at the traffic situation at the rear side in advance and to prevent the accident in advance by accurately manipulating the steering gear and brakes.
Nevertheless, the Defendant got off the front part of the victim D (Woo, 23 years old) E driving, which was standing in the rear bank due to the negligence of the Defendant, as the part on which the Defendant loaded the cargo of the said vehicle.
The Defendant damaged the car owned by the victim due to the above occupational negligence in an amount equivalent to approximately KRW 1,015,958 of the repair cost.
2. On June 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages, driving the said cargo without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 3 km to the front road of the 21-29, Chang-si, Chang-si, Chang-si, the 265-ro, Jin-si, Jin-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, the 265-ro, Changwon-si, the 3km road from the front road of the 26-ro, Chang-si, the 3km road.
No person, other than a handler of narcotics of 2016 Highest 3339, shall receive or deliver local mental drugs.
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, at around 12:00 on May 29, 2016, the Defendant received 0.09g 0.09g from G, a mematic drug, from G, at the open-air site of the Defendant’s operation located in F of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
