When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On February 14, 2016, around 17:30, the Defendant driven a 15km-purd vehicle without a driver’s license from the front side of the Gyeongnam University located in Changwon-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the long distance of a site located in the window-dong of Changwon-si.
