Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 18, 1982, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant was completed with respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1 List 1 List 2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. On August 20, 1986, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant was completed with respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1] Paragraph (1) of annexed Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land,” and the land combined with each of the instant land (hereinafter “each of the instant land”).

C. As to each of the instant lands, on December 16, 200, the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage in the name of Korea Light Bank Co., Ltd. was completed, and on November 17, 2004, the former Jeju District Court C (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”) rendered a voluntary decision to commence the auction.

On the ground of the case No. 2, there are 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, and 11 of the attached Table 2 owned by the defendant, and there are no combination of (3), 69 square meters in the ship, 14, 18, 19, 205, 14, and 24.
