1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

원고의 남편 망 B(C생, 이하 ‘망인’이라 한다)는 2011. 6. 2.부터 주식회사 케이아이디종합관리시스템에 아파트 경비원으로 채용되어 D아파트 106동 6초소에서 근무하던 중, 2011. 7. 20. 17:00경 재활용품을 운반하다가 엉덩방아를 찧으며 넘어지는 사고로(이하 ‘이 사건 업무상 재해’라 한다) ’제12흉추 골절, 척수손상, 하지마비, 신경인성 방광‘ 등의 상병을 승인받아 요양하다가(이하 위 상병과 아래의 욕창, 요로감염을 통틀어 ’이 사건 승인상병‘이라 한다) 2012. 9. 30. 요양을 종결하고 장해등급 1급 8호의 판정을 받았다.

The Plaintiff asserted that the deceased’s death was an occupational accident and claimed for the payment of survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses to the Defendant. However, on April 17, 2014, the Defendant was diagnosed as a severe cardiopulmonary disease on the ground of the deceased around 2006, and due to kyllium transfusion on March 18, 2014.
