1. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
2. Defendant B, at the date and time and place specified in paragraph (1), the police officer G, police officer assigned to the Yangju Police Station, police officer, and police officer arrested Defendant B as a flagrant offender on the ground of obstruction of performance of official duties, and assaulted Defendant B, who attempted to wear the relevant trees, to go to the said G, on the ground of obstruction of performance of official duties.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and suppression of police officers' crimes.
On September 19, 2020, the Defendant of the violation of the Road Traffic Act of the Defendant A of the 2020 Highest 6188, driven a Fcoon-type car under the influence of alcohol content of about 880 meters from the J-ro in Yangju City I to the C-ro in Yangju City, at approximately 880 meters from the J-ro in Yangju City.
