Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 12, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Gwangju District Court to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 26, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the D convenience store located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, the victim E, an employee of the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 300,000,000 in total, eight times in total, including the list of crimes (1) in the separate sheet, from August 13, 2015, where the victim E, takes the Kabter into custody of the Kabter to dispose of the warehouse goods; and (b) from that point, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 8,497,00,000 in total, from August 13, 2015.

On July 17, 2015, at around 03:56, the Defendant: (a) purchased one cigarette and drinking water equivalent to the sum of KRW 5,500 from the H convenience store operated by the victim G in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu; (b) presented I’s KB card as if he had legitimate right to use the card; and (c) had employees settle the account, from that time until August 12, 2015, the Defendant illegally used the credit card, etc. that was stolen 14 times in total, such as the list of crimes (2) by deceiving the victims, and obtained pecuniary benefits of KRW 158,850 in total by deceiving the victims.
3. On August 2, 2015, the Defendant attempted to acquire pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 8,400 by presenting a stolen M’s credit card as if he/she had legitimate right to use the credit card, such as the list of crimes (1) No. 5, in settling an amount equivalent to KRW 8,400 at a Lcafeteria where the victim K is working in theJ of Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant attempted to acquire pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 8,400 by allowing the victim to settle the account. However, the Defendant failed to realize the intention on the wind that does not have the card approved.
4. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) is located at 23-6, 23-6, a Gyeongbuk-gu, Gwangju, without a driver's license, at around 01:26.
