Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On December 8, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the Gwangju District Court, for one year and six months, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on March 13, 2012.
【Criminal Facts】
1. From January 1, 2015, the Defendant, without any special occupation, committed habitual theft and attempted larceny, with a view to raising living expenses while living expenses in the Damoel located in Gwangju Mine-gu C, the Defendant, without any special occupation, has taken away things from the farm household in the Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, Gwangju Mine-gun.

Accordingly, the Defendant uses stolen physical cards, etc. on a total of seven occasions, and deceiving marina employees, etc., thereby property amounting to KRW 251,810.
