Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2015, at around 19:00 to 21:10, the Defendant attended an assembly of “10,000 people’s 10,000 members, such as the April 16 and 16 family council B, and the bereaved family members of the March 1, 201,” which was held by the Defendant.

After the completion of the assembly, 8,000 visitors, including the Defendant, were 8,00 persons who participated in the assembly including the Defendant, and 8,000 persons who participated in the assembly: “In order to create a relief such as the laba in the Enforcement Decree of the Special Act of the Government, the Round in the third month, and C, in order to enter the luculation, the 10-lane a way prior to the 10-lane in the front of the lucing building located in Jung-gu, Seoul, and the 7,000 persons who participated in the assembly continued from 21:35 on the same day to 3 of the luculation in the direction of failing to report the direction of R.

After that, at around 22:25 on the same day, 6,000 people among the participants in the above assembly occupy 3 lanes from R to the roads in Seoul YMCA (Seoul YCA), and failed to report eight lanes in both directions. On the other hand, the police walls in front of Seoul YMCA cut off, the vehicle traffic was obstructed by occupying up to 23:30 on the same day by continuing the assembly, leading up to the passage of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
