Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2015, from around 19:00 to around 21:10, the Defendant participated in an assembly of “the 1st anniversary of the Sewol ferry,” in which the name was gathered by 10,000 members of the E organization, the bereaved family members of the Sewol ferry, etc. as the society of the C organization D enforcement chairperson, from the Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu, Seoul.

After the end of the assembly, 10,00 participants in the assembly, including the Defendant, 100 persons who participated in the assembly, including the Defendant, were 10,000 persons: “In order to build a relief such as the laca of the Enforcement Decree of the Special Act of the Government, the Manyang, and F, in order to enter the Cheongbuan, the vehicle prior to the ten-lane-lane-wide-lane-ro 10 lanes in order to enter the Cheongbuan-do, while moving into the Cheongbuan-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, the 7,00 persons who participated in the assembly from 21:35 on the same day to 100 persons who participated in the assembly, continue to engage in the movement in the direction of 3 R Cheongbuan in the direction of reporting by the 3 R Cheongbuan-gu from the south of the Republic of Korea.

After that, at around 22:05 on the same day, 2,000 people among the participants in the above assembly occupy 3 minutes from R to 2 minutes in the front roads of Seoul YMCA, and failed to report it. On the same day, from around 22:38 to around 23:30, the participants in the assembly occupy 6,00 lanes of the above 8-lanes of the E organization operation members of the E organization, and interfere with the traffic of vehicles by continuing the assembly until 23:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the above assembly from 21:10 on the same day to 23:10 on the same day from the time when he was arrested as a flagrant offender.
