Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2015, from around 19:00 to 21:10, the Defendant participated in an assembly of “H” in which 10,000 persons, including G members, bereaved family members, etc., and family members of the Sewol ferry, etc., are gathered from D located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, to a society from around 19:0 to around 21:10.
