A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BP car.

On April 7, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 0.155% alcohol level, while under the influence of alcohol on April 23:15, 2016, and driven it at a speed of about 50km in the speed of 470 OsanIC, which is the same as the unit of Osan City, at the same time as Osan City.

As above, the Defendant driving the said liquid loan with a difficult driving due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim C, such as dynasium and tensions, etc. of the bones of wood, which requires a medical treatment for about three weeks; injury to the victim E, such as crynasium and tensions, which require a medical treatment for about two weeks; and injury to the victim G (51 years of age) who is a passenger with the said fynasium, requiring a medical treatment for about two weeks.
