Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 5, 2019, at around 20:15, the Defendant driven a F rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 400 meters from around 20:20 meters to the roads front of the E hotel located in D at Jeju on the same day.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a Frocketing car.

On March 5, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car at around 20:20, while driving the car and driving the road of five-lanes in front of the E hotel D at the Jeju city along two-lanes from the new distance distance to the G Hospital, the Defendant stopped at the front intersection and left left to the left.

At the same time, signal lights are installed, and the two lanes were straight lanes, so the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to safely operate the motor vehicle by checking the front, rear and left, and safely operating the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to drive a vehicle without a driver's license and to turn to the left at the right-hand lane of the Defendant's driver's vehicle at the right-hand left-hand turn on the front side of the driver's seat of the Defendant's driver's vehicle, and received the part of the victim's J(38 years old) in front of the right-hand turn at the right-hand turn.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as the trend, sacrife, and tension, which require approximately two weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above.
