The accused shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment of innocence.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant, along with C on November 1, 2003, purchased the Defendant’s share of 528/1219, and C’s share of 691/1219, on condition that E and F’s share of 691/1219 are managed by collecting monthly rent, etc. of housing located adjacent to the said building, with C’s consent, and reside in the instant building with C on condition that C’s share of 347 square meters and its ground (hereinafter “instant building”).

A. Whether: (a) the Defendant, in collusion with G, the husband of the instant private document forgery or the event of the said investigation document, in collusion with G on March 20, 2012, leased the instant building to H on the part of the Defendant’s house located in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; and (b) the Defendant is not obliged to enter into an excessive contract for C with H

The facts are as follows: (a) although the consent from C was not obtained from C with respect to the lease of the entire building of this case; (b) as if the consent was obtained from C in advance; (c) as to the conclusion of the lease contract for the building of this case with H without authority, the agreement was made without any authority to use the leased contract for the building of this case; (d) as to the location column of the site for the lease contract for the lease of real estate of this case, the agreement was made in the column of “the total amount of debt inside Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, as a whole, 25”, “the total amount of debt inside Seoyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do,” “25,” and “the amount of money in the contract deposit column,” the amount of KRW 30,000,000,000,000 in the name of C and the resident registration number column of C, and the owner of the leased real estate under the name of C was aware of the fact that the lease contract was forged and sealed.

B. The Defendant, at the same place as before March 20, 2012, holds the right of disposal, such as lease, only with respect to the share of 528/1219, among the instant building.
