The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) concluded a lease agreement with the husband to use the money that was used as investment deposit and has not been recovered from the husband E at the office located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; and (b) on February 2, 2014, the Defendant: (c) concluded a false lease agreement to use the money amounting to KRW 130 million for the F apartment 309,000 and KRW 8 million for the monthly rent; (d) concluded a lease agreement to use the money amounting to KRW 130,000,000 for the purpose of uttering; (e) made a false lease agreement to use the computer to present it to E; and (e) made it in the column of guarantee payment for the real estate lease agreement form “Mon 130,000,000 won (Won 130,000,000)”; (e) made the lease’s name “Mon 13,000,0000 G.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one chapter of the real estate lease agreement in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) exercised the aforementioned investigation document by showing that he/she had duly formed a forged real estate lease agreement with the husband, who was not aware of the forgery.

3. No person who violates the e-mail shall unlawfully use a certified certification in excess of the scope of use or usage.

Nevertheless, on April 10, 2015, the Defendant applied for the insurance contract of KRW 2,080,00 as security for the insurance contract of KRW 2,780,00,00, to the insurance contract of KRW 2,780,00 as security for the new wind insurance purchased under the same name, by using the official certificate of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu building, KRW 7.401, and KRW 7.401, which was stored in his/her own Nowon-gu, and KRW 2,780,00 for the insurance contract of KRW 2,780,00, which was deposited in the same name.
