A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around December 20, 2013, the Defendant stolen ten cell phoness over five times from that time until March 26, 2014, including: (a) the Defendant: (b) included the loss in the collection of waste mobile phones managed by the victim by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in the subway line 2 subway stations located in Songpa-gu Seoul; and (c) cut off one mobile phone at the market price of Samsung Ickncol, which was located therein, from that time to March 26, 2014, as indicated in the list of crimes.

2. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On January 2014, the Defendant acquired one copy of the resident registration certificate owned by the victim C before the Defendant’s bicycle storage facility in the Sogsan-gu, Simsan-si, Simsan-si.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above to the victim, embezzled as he/she would have used when he/she was issued subway free boarding passes.

B. On February 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the subway 9 Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, left the victim D on the unmanned boarding ticket issuance machine; and (b) found one copy of the disabled welfare card owned by the victim D.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above to the victim, embezzled as he/she would have used when he/she was issued subway free boarding passes.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act is located in Dongjak-gu Seoul on March 27, 2014 at around 10:30.
