Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The party-related Plaintiff A is a patient who was treated by Tea Hospital operated by Defendant Educational Foundation C (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and Plaintiff B is an infant of Plaintiff A.
From November 1, 1993 to October 23, 2010, Defendant D is the neurosis and doctor of the Defendant hospital in charge of treating the Plaintiff’s Teinson’s disease, and Defendant C is the employer of Defendant D.
B. On November 1, 1993, Plaintiff A complained of a dynamic phenomenon that does not temporarily fall from the ground at the time of walking on the ground on the ground of the left-hand hand and the symptoms separated from the bridge that began before November 3, 1993. Plaintiff A complained of the symptoms of Nsson’s disease, such as walking disability, impulse phenomenon, and simple abortion, but Defendant D was treated at intervals of one month without any other big problems. Defendant D prescribed the body of Lesson’s disease, which is a medium-term pinson’s disease.
The number of uniforms per day was 150 g at the beginning, but symptoms are symptoms.
