A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2011. 9.경 부산 영도구 C에 있는 피고인의 어머니인 피해자 D이 주지스님인 ‘E’ 절에서, 피해자를 찾아가 돈을 요구하면서 피해자를 바닥에 넘어뜨리고, 바닥에 넘어진 피해자의 허리를 발로 수 회 걷어차고, 통증을 호소하는 피해자에게 “죽어라 씹할 년아” 등의 욕설을 하면서 계속 걷어찼다.

As a result, when the mother of the defendant who is a lineal ascendant and descendant is the victim, the defendant injured the victim about about 20 days of medical treatment.

3. At around 17:00 on July 13, 2012, the Defendant demanded the victim to pay money at the same place as above, and 3 plastics, which were placed on the main part of Section E above, has reached the face of the victim several times by making up for the next order by plastic sculptures.

As a result, when the mother of the defendant who is a lineal ascendant and descendant is the victim, the defendant suffered an injury on the face side of the victim, resulting in an injury on the number of days of treatment.

4. On July 18, 2012, at around 21:30 on July 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) called “the victim’s house located in the Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City Franra 1:02, demanded money from the victim; (b) franchising the victim’s fat; and (c) franchising the victim’s bat to the extent that the victim’s fats cannot cover the hidden fat; and (d) flading the victim’s fat with two hand; and (b) flading the victim’s head and the inner part of the victim’s body.
