A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Bodily injury;

A. On March 15, 2018, at the inside of the Defendant’s residence located in Jinju-si, on March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was drunk, and without any special reason, at the Defendant’s father, D (80) who is the Defendant’s father, the Defendant’s father.
