A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

One (No. 1) and one transparent tape (a certificate. ...) of a seized tree stick.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the status that the Defendant is unable to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder:

1. Linear assault;

A. On May 14, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s lineal ascendants and descendants, such as making the Defendant’s left hand part of the Victim D (hereinafter “C”) who is the Defendant’s mother, called “on the part of the Defendant’s mother to send KRW 200,000,000 by telephone to his mother in order to give money to his mother.”

B. At around 12:00 on June 12, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim who is a lineal ascendant and descendant at one time on the ground that the victim was willing to be hospitalized in a mental hospital on the ground that the victim was hospitalized in a mental hospital.

2. Around June 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective deadly weapon, etc.) was committed on the ground that: (a) around 10:00 on June 16, 2015, the victim was able to rehospitalize the Defendant at a mental hospital on the ground that: (b) at the home of the above Defendant; and (c) the Defendant’s mother was the victim D (the age of 79).

Therefore, the defendant is able to see the mental hospital.

As a result, the defendant carried a tree stick, which is a dangerous object, put the victim of a lineal ascendant in need of medical treatment for about 14 days.

3. A special assault Defendant said that, around July 8, 2013, at 51, 2013, the Sim-dong, Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, the victim E (14 years old) was not flicking on the part of the Defendant’s living, and that, on the ground that the victim E (14 years old) was not flicking on the part of the Defendant’s living, the Defendant was the Sim Park.
