A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed an order for a psychotropic drug provider (B) to a psychotropic drug provider (B) Melopon (hereinafter “Melopon”; hereinafter “Melopon”) using a mobile phone around July 2, 2018, and tried to purchase a 4.50,000 won without a passbook from the E Association account (number G) in the name of the F Association (number ATM) designated by the winners of the above Melopon on the Melopon (hereinafter “Melopon”) around 18:21 of the same day while ordering the Melopon to a Melopon (B) supplier of the Melopon (hereinafter “Melopon”); however, the Defendant failed to send a Melopon and attempted to purchase the Melopon.

The Defendant, “2019 Highest 4163,” even though he is not a narcotics handler, treated narcotics as follows:

1. On June 7, 2018, the Defendant, having access to H, intended to purchase psychotropic drugs psychotropic drugs from the seller of the psychotropic drugs, deposited 500,000 won in the account number known by the seller to the seller. On June 8, 2018, the Defendant purchased phiphones by receiving approximately 0.06 g of phiphones, which the said seller sent to high-speed bus baggage, from J located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheong-gun I.

On June 8, 2018, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of the phiphonephones purchased as referred to in the above “1” in the K Buildings of Chungcheongbuk-gun; (b) dumped them into a single-use injection instrument; and (c) injected phiphones in a way of injecting them into the spphone.

3. On June 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones purchased at the same place as the above paragraph (2) in a single-use injection machine; (b) injected them with water with water; and (c) administered phiphones in a way of injecting them into the blood body of arms.
