Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of one year and six months, Defendant B and C, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Incheon District Court on August 24, 2017, and the execution of the above sentence was terminated on February 20, 2018 at the Incheon Detention Center.

"2018 Highest 6389" (Defendant A) The Defendant dealt with narcotics as follows, even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 2018, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs from F, at the home of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu DF, Seo-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of using the psychotropic drugs, the Defendant administered the philopon by inserting the clopon at the home of the Defendant of G Housing H, Nam-gu, Incheon, by inserting the said philopon into a single-use clopon and dilution it with water, and then administering the copon in a way of injecting it into the spopon.

2. On March 2018, the Defendant: (a) put about 0.4g of philophones received from F at the house of the above F in a single-use injection machine; (b) mixed them with water; and (c) divided them into F and I, which had been melted into water, and administered philophones by means of injection with water in the body of the above Defendant’s house using a single-use injection device.

3. On May 2, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of philophones from F at the above F’s house, and on the same day, the Defendant’s house inserted the said philophones into a single-use injection instrument, dilution them with water, and administered philophones by means of injection into the arms blood cells.

"2018 Highest 6772" (Defendant A)

1. On July 20, 2018, the Defendant sold phiphones, around 20:30 on July 20, 2018, the Defendant 200 million won in cash from J, in the Defendant’s residence located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G Housing H, and the Defendant 200,000 won in cash.

2. On September 5, 2018, around 01:00 on September 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.03g of opon into a single-use injection instrument within the Defendant’s residence; (b) melting it into water; and (c) injected into the Defendant’s left bloodline.

Accordingly, the defendant is a person handling narcotics.
