A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On January 9, 2016, the Defendant and B (V, 52 years of age) conspired, and around 23:00, at the residence of Goyang-gu C apartment B, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, the Defendant 1, 206 gopon copon copon copon copon copon copon c.06 g, which was in possession, and the Defendant spoponed it with water divided into two for a single-use copon copon, and then injected one of them into his arms at the request of B, and injected one of the remainder into his arms.

B. At around 13:00 on February 28, 2016, the Defendant injected philophones into water in a way that the Defendant injecteds approximately 0.03g of philophones contained in a single-use injection instrument into water, and injected philophones into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

2. The Defendant possessing a phiphone is entitled to paragraph 1 (d).

At the same time and place as the paragraph, approximately 0.58g of philophones were stored in a single-use injection machine and carried a philophone.
