A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 15, 2011, the Defendant, at the Dong-gu Office of Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-gu, entered into a lease agreement with D, the father of the lessor, on the entire first floor of the building located in the Dong-gu, Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-gu, and one other, with a deposit deposit of five million won, monthly rent of eight hundred thousand won, the lessor, E, and the lessee as the Defendant:

1. For the purpose of exercising authority, around January 15, 2012, on the first floor of the building above, “A”, “F”, and “F” in the tenant’s resident registration number column, the lessee’s address column as a white revision amount; (i) write “H” in the lessee’s name column, “I” in the lessee’s resident registration number column, “I” in the lessee’s resident registration number column, and “K” in the lessee’s address column; (ii) affix H’s seal on the H’s name side to the lessee’s telephone number column; and (iii) alter one copy of the lease agreement, which is a private document for rights and obligations.

2. Around January 16, 2012, at the sanitation department office of the Gwangju-gu Office, delivered the altered lease contract to L of the staff of the Gu office who is aware of such alteration as if it was duly formed;

3. On February 10, 2012, around 16:00, the victim E opened a studio using any cresh in the second floor office of the building in the Dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, and the second floor office of the building owned by the victim E and opened a studio and 15 joints with the consignee and intrudes into the residence of others.
