A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 10, 2014, which became final and conclusive on July 10, 2014.
1. On September 13, 2010, the Defendant forged private document forgery: (a) at the real estate brokerage office operated by the Defendant in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, a member of the Gu, reduced the lease deposit and received a loan from the Military Saemaul Community Fund; (b) for the purpose of exercising the right to use the lease deposit, the Defendant forged 7 in the following manner: “Y million won,” “Y” in the name column of the lessor, “Y” in the resident registration number column, “Y” in the resident registration number column, “AB” in the lessee’s name column, “AB” in the resident registration number column, “AB” in the resident registration number column, “AB” in the resident registration number column, and “AC” with the name and seal affixed to the name of the Defendant, “Y and one copy of the lease contract on rights and obligations of AB” in the name and obligations column.
2. On September 13, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around September 13, 2010, at the office of the military community credit cooperative located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si; and (b) 7 copies of a forged lease contract, such as paragraph (1), were actually established, the Defendant submitted to an employee in charge of loaning the military community credit cooperative and exercised seven copies of a forged lease contract.
3. The Defendant, around September 13, 2010, filed an application for a loan of KRW 300 million with an employee in charge of loans from the Gun, the Saemaul Savings Depository's office located in Ansan-si, the Seoul-si, and the employee in charge of loans from the Gun, the Seoul-si, the Seoul-si, the Seoul-si, applying for a loan of KRW 300 million to an employee in charge of loans from the Gun, the members of the Gun, the Seoul-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant owned by the Defendant for a loan of KRW 300 million for the above multi-family housing of KRW 201,000,000 for KRW 4 million for the above multi-family housing of KRW 202, and KRW 38 million for 203,000,000 for 2
