Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Criminal facts

The defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny at the Incheon District Court on April 22, 2008 and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 11, 2008.

1. Around October 10, 2007, the Defendant forged private document at the office of a licensed real estate agent in Ansan-si, Seoul, a member of Ansan-si, and the location of the former contract; “D apartment 102 Dong-dong 1005, and 1005,” and “private million won (45,000,000)” in the deposit column; “D apartment 102 Dong 1005, and 1005, and “E” in the resident registration number column; “E” in the column of the resident registration number; “G” in the column of the lessee’s address; “I” in the column of the resident registration number; “J” in the column of the resident registration number; “J” in the column of the broker’s name; “A” in the column of the broker’s office name; and “C” in the name of the broker’s office name; and the Defendant voluntarily printed out the name of the lessor’s name “K Licensed Real Estate Agent” and the name of the lessor’s office.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one set of the lease contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On October 19, 2007, the Defendant issued a forged pre-sale contract to O who knew of the forgery within a P club operated by O located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City N, Nam-gu, Incheon, and exercised the aforementioned pre-sale contract.
